		<description>Nope, to me a ditch is not necessarily with water.  Ditches can definitely be dry.  I never heard of a barrow pit, either.  In addition to industry differences, you can get regional differences, like my friend who pointed out that &quot;supper&quot; means different things to different folks.  Is it the afternoon or evening meal?</description>
