As a Millenial in my first corporate leadership position, I agree with the 3 skills you outline above.  

One skill that I&#039;ve been working on is creative problem solving -- and that gets incorporated as I lead, coach, communicate and inspire the group I am in charge of.

A book I found very helpful in developing this skill set was &quot;Jack&#039;s Notebook&quot; by Gregg Fraley.  It is written as a work of fiction, but with many &quot;lessons&quot; interwoven throughout.  It was a fascinating and educational book.  

I think &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.greggfraley.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;creative problem solving&lt;/a&gt;, individually and as a team, is one of the most fundamental business skills there is, and the colleges don&#039;t spend enough time teaching it.  It&#039;s important not only for business, but for navigating throughout life IMO.
